What’s up, Duck? Yes, Duck specials this week #Sedona!

Roast Duck

Smoked Duck Salad, Half Roasted Duck and Duck Leg and Thigh Confit. Also Pot Roast and I’m going to make Hummus this week. Remember when I made Hummus all the time? That’s back when I had a much bigger Vegetarian section on the menu. Not too many vegetarians come to Harry’s Hideaway, but I always have Ratatouille (unless I run out) and delicious salads and pizzas that are vegetarian. But now Hummus is back (for this week anyway). I’ll be using it in a wrap sandwich for lunch with Chicken and Wild Arugula. And also in a salad with fresh chopped peppers, scallions and zucchini.

Duck Salad


This is a Hummus Platter I did for myself and Adele at home. The one you get in the restaurant will be close to this but instead of store bought pita, I will be making my own Naan and grilling it! Good stuff!

How’s my Inner Circle people doing? I made a little surprise for my Inner Circle people! Inside were some Coconut Macaroons, some with chocolate!
