I got some Rib Eyes in and some New York Strip Steaks, Lamb Chops and Pork Chops. I’m brining the pork chops in Tequila and Lime juice with the obligatory salt and brown sugar. Tasty! I’m also going to have Japanese Sliders with Jicama Slaw, and I also have Cowboy Pasta Salad and Mustard Dill Potato Salad as sides this week.
