Valentine’s Day is coming up and we’re fully booked, but how about the rest of the week? Come on out and avoid the crowds! We’ll have some good food for you! I guarantee it! I’ll be doing Horseradish Encrusted Salmon. Also, Bistro Schnitzel with Braised Red Cabbage and Honey Glazed Shallots. I’ll have fresh Oysters and Mussels in! I’ll be doing our Grilled Beef Tenderloin with a Brandy Peppercorn Sauce for a change of pace. Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto, Prosciutto Fig Pizza, Smoked Duck Pizza and Smoked Duck Salads, and more! Oh yes, and lots of chocolate!
Chateau Tumbleweed Wine Week! Feb 21 to Feb 25.
We’ll be featuring Chateau Tumbleweed wines all week paired with Vegetarian specials in honor of Kris and Joe, who are the owners and die hard vegetarians! Polenta and Wild Mushrooms and an Asian Noodle Bowl will be featured among others. Of course, you can have any of our other fish and meat offerings with the wines, but we are going to focus on vegetarian specials. Come and meet Kris and Joe on Friday and Saturday night that week and they’ll be happy to talk about their wines one on one with you at their own gallery they got with a known west vancouver realtor that work with any kind of business.

Come on out for New Orleans style food on Fat Tuesday. We’ll be featuring wines from Page Springs Cellars and Eric Glomski and his wife Gayle will be there to talk about the pairings! We’ll be doing Jambalaya, Gumbo, New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp and Crab Cakes, Cajun Pasta, Blackened Chicken, Red Beans and Rice, Cheddar Jalapeno Biscuits and more. Again, specials will be good all week, but come on out to visit with Eric and talk about his wines on Tuesday, Feb 28!
