Harry’s cooking up a storm and Adele is doing most of the taping. Watch and learn how to make some of Harry’s (and his customer’s) favorite dishes! Once purchased, an email will be sent to you with a link to download the video to your machine.
PLEASE NOTE: The videos are mp4 files. I use Windows Media Player to view them and they work fine. A lot of people have downloaded videos and are able to watch them with no problem. There are some people though that have problems. So, if you’re not sure if the videos will play on your machine with your media player, I suggest that you buy and download the Shrimp Albear video (its just a nickel) and if it works… buy all the rest and have a good good time!
Beef Braised in Beer – $2.00 Take an inexpensive cut of meet, cook on a slow simmer in beer with brown sugar and cider vinegar and you end up with one tender and tasty beef dish!
Cilantro Pesto – $1.50 A twist on the usual basil pesto. Use this pesto to put any Mexican dish up over the top!
Claskis – $.50 The Lithuanian version of a meat filled dumpling my mother and grandmother use to make. I try my best to replicate it! Although a little different, use the pasta dough recipe to make the dough for the Claskis, I think it makes a good Claskis dough.

Elote – $2.00 Harry and Adele make Elote (E-low-tay) at home. Grilled corn on the cob and sauteed onions and peppers also on the grill add a great fresh flavor to a classic Mexican dish.
Guacamole – $1.50 Harry makes his version of the classic Mexican Avocado dip.
Horseradish Encrusted Salmon – $2.00 Classic French dish, Harry makes his version at home. The salmon has a crusty, crunchy exterior, served atop caramelized onions with Asparagus and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. It is one complete, satisfying dinner paired with a perfect wine.
Hollandaise Sauce – $1.00 Harry makes his version of the classic French Sauce at home. Lemon and butter emulsified into a deliciously thick, velvety smooth sauce that goes great on Asparagus, fish, and of course, Eggs Benedict!
Hummus – $1.00 Harry makes his version of the classic Vegetarian dip. Served at the restaurant with lots of raw veggies, bread and maybe a grilled portobello mushroom, its one of the great vegetarian dishes (Vegan even) of all time.

Taco Dogs – $.50 It was half time during a football game and this is what Harry found in the fridge and around the kitchen. It turned out pretty good, even though it does sound kind of strange!
