Cooking Classes – The Possibilities Are Endless (Almost)! #sedona

I’d like to do a cooking class towards the end of July during the lunch hour on a Friday or a Saturday. You vote, Friday or Saturday? Also, what should I be demonstrating? Breads? Including gluten free? Making Pasta? Including gluten free? Quiche, Omelets and other eggy things? How about pizzas and making pizza crust from scratch? Including gluten free!? You decide! Or, make a suggestion for a class! It would be nice if the demo and the subsequent lunch took place within a hour to an hour and a half time frame. Let me know. Give me some input! Thanks!
