Cinco de Mayo Week is here #Sedona


But that doesn’t mean we’re all Mexican food! I’ve got some more Wlid King Salmon in and I’m doing Horseradish Encrusted Salmon with it, served with Caramelized Onions and Asparagus. I also have more Alaskan Halibut in that I’m serving with two sauces, a Lemon Avocado and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce. Plus, I have more Ciopino! That includes Lobster, Prawns, Shrimp, Fish and Mussels in A delicious Tomato based broth made with imported San Marzano tomatoes from Italy!

Now for the Mexican food! I made a fantastic Chocolate Mole Sauce that has just the right amount of kick to it! Its going to go great with our grilled Chicken Breast. I’ve got some Pulled Pork that you can get as a traditional Pulled Pork Sandwich or you can get it on a taco! You can also do Chicken Tacos! I also smoked some Meatloaves that have a Southwest flair to them, topped with our Southwest mixture of Peppers and Onions.
